Silma Tools Sp. z o.o. is a Polish toolmaking and precision metalworking company based in Sosnowiec, in the industrial region of Silesia. We support manufacturers, engineering teams and maintenance departments with custom-made parts, production tooling and technical solutions manufactured according to drawings, 3D models or supplied samples. Our offer also includes assembly, welding, inspection and machining jigs, gauges, clamping devices, fixtures and replacement parts for production equipment. We can manufacture new tooling, reproduce worn or damaged components from an existing sample, and modify tools to meet updated production requirements. Repair and regeneration services are available for tools manufactured by Silma Tools as well as by other suppliers, subject to technical assessment. PRECISION MACHINING We manufacture machine parts, tooling components, prototypes, individual items and low-volume series. Depending on the project, we combine CNC milling, CNC turning, EDM, grinding and dimensional inspection within one production process. Our machinery includes 5-axis milling capability and CNC turning with driven tools. We also carry out complex 3D machining, hard turning and machining of demanding geometries. The appropriate process is selected according to the material, geometry, required tolerances, quantity and intended function of the part. MATERIALS We machine a broad range of industrial materials, including: • Structural steels • Tool steels • Stainless steels • Aluminium and aluminium alloys • Copper alloys and other non-ferrous metals • Selected engineering plastics, subject to technical review MEASUREMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL Dimensional inspection can be included in the manufacturing process. Our capabilities include coordinate measuring, verification of linear dimensions, hole positions, profiles, radii and other specified geometrical features. The inspection scope and reporting format are agreed individually with the customer. WELDED STRUCTURES AND CUSTOM METALWORK In addition to precision machining and toolmaking, we manufacture welded steel structures and custom metal components, including machine frames and bases, platforms, access structures, guards, barriers, supports and elements used in production environments. The scope may include fabrication, trial assembly, surface protection, delivery and installation.
