Technical Parts Plastic parts for industrial applications are manufactured in different processes, sizes and designs: Vacuum forming: * Maximum size 1500mm x 1000mm x form 330mm * Required edge about 1/3 of the total height * No undercuts * Minimum slope form provided 0.5 ° and all edges with radii * Form (Not to exact form page cleaner / mold side) as positive or negative model possible CNC Milling: * Maximum working area 1350mm x 890mm * Post-processing of deep-drawn parts, as Höhenbeschnitt, holes and other shaped cuts * Processing of beiliebigen raw and semi-finished parts made of different plastic materials Bending: * Maximum plate length 2000mm * Material thicknesses up to 12mm * Possible Abkantbreite greater 50mm in order to avoid a longitudinal curvature
