Who we are
We present our company in the field of mold and tool making, founded in 1997 and restarted in 2012. We have many years of extensive experience, from planning and organization through construction to the manual and machine production of investment casting and injection molds. At the moment we have four employees - an increase in staff to seven to eight employees is planned for the future. Skrotzky Formenbau works with the latest CAD / CAM technology in conjunction with the latest CNC milling machines, which enables us to manufacture components with freeform surfaces and volume models of the highest complexity and difficulty. Future-oriented thinking and working is our goal. The company is therefore modernly equipped and technically up to date. Our machine park in toolmaking: MIKRON machining center 1000Pro MIKRON machining center 800Pro-X AGIETRON eroding machine Maximum mold weight: 1.5 ton In addition, Mr. Patrick Skrotzky has owned a high-precision 3-D printer since 2018. This manufactures prototypes and series parts for the investment casting and automotive industries. In addition, we are planning to purchase a 3D coordination measuring device to create 3-D measurement protocols and direct 3-D target / actual comparisons. Our excellent know-how and many years of experience (40 years) in the investment casting area, as well as the modern equipment of our company, are the basis for constant quality at the highest level. This is also guaranteed for the future - Mr. Patrick Skrotzky will take over and continue to run the company.
