With a team of around 40 skilled professionals, we specialize in thermoplastic injection services, providing our valued customers with top-notch 1K and 2K injection solutions. Additionally, we offer assembly services for components, tapes, and more. Certified under ISO 9001:2015, our company is committed to delivering services of unparalleled quality while keeping competitive pricing in mind. To achieve this, we boast a modern fleet of machines, featuring units with clamping forces ranging from 40 to 900 tons. Among these, we proudly include two-component injection and gas-aided injection systems. To streamline operations and reduce costs, a significant number of machines are equipped with robots, enabling shorter shot cycles and minimizing part handling. At SOARPLASTICOS, we approach projects with dedication from their early stages. We are more than willing to collaborate with clients during product development, offering valuable insights to achieve the most suitable geometries for stable and efficient processes. In essence, we strive to find the best-fitted solution for each client. Our expertise lies in producing plastic components, often incorporating metallic inserts. To ensure comprehensive service, we partner with specialized external vendors for finishings such as painting, cataphoresis, or chroming. Moreover, we excel in complete system assembly, meticulously adhering to supply plans, many of which are conveniently received through EDI. Over time, we have heavily invested in bi-component technology. Today, we boast Engel machines with clamping forces ranging from 400 tons to 600 tons, designed to accommodate tools with inner kinematics, robot transfer, and more. -- Exciting News! Our commitment to environmental responsibility and the global energy challenges we face has motivated us to venture into self-production. Presently, a considerable portion of our energy requirements is met by our very own photovoltaic park.
