Who we are
Solmaz Kalıp is an Istanbul-based precision manufacturer specializing in high-precision mould making and complex CNC machining for the Automotive and Defense industries. Our core capabilities include Plastic Injection, Blow, Glass, and Metal Die-Casting moulds, as well as progressive dies and sheet metal manufacturing. Powered by an advanced machine park—featuring Röders High-Speed CNC mills (36,000 RPM) for hard steel and graphite machining, a Deckel Maho 4-axis center, and a Makino EDM—we guarantee micron-level precision. Supported by rigorous Starrett 3D measuring systems, we are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations with reliable, high-quality tooling from design to final product.
