Technology The milling is done on the latest Hurco and FANUC machining centers with the latest control technology. Up to four controlled axes may be used. The maximum processing paths of the milling centers are located at: X = 760mm Y = 510mm Z = 610mm The maximum workpiece can be up to 500 kg. It will reach up to 24,000 rev / min speeds. Current machines backlog in processing centers: * Hurco VMX 30 with control ULTIMAX 4, Year 2005 * Hurco VMX 24 with control ULTIMAX 4, Year 2006 * Hurco VMX 24t with control ULTIMAX 4, Year 2007 * FANUC 21i ROBODRILL FL, with FANUC 31iA, year 2008 * In the area of measurement technology, we rely on MITUTOYO * The material blank is carried out on a band saw FORTE Furthermore, we can offer you the assembly of complete assemblies.
