Who we are

The company has existed for 30 years and is originally a motor vehicle company with a focus Engine repair as well as trading in engines and transmissions for cars. To better utilize our machines, we started with contract manufacturing. We started 10 years ago with the manufacture of end covers for aluminum profiles for a conservatory manufacturer. In the meantime, this area has become our core area. We manufacture parts in almost all sizes, one piece by 1000 pieces. We only process non-ferrous metal or plastic. We have two portal milling machines with a wide range of clamping options. For example, vacuum plates with which we can also mill openings without loss of clamping. Our max. Axis way: X1330, Y2700 Z300 By means of front tensioning on the portal milling machine, we can machine foreheads up to max. Carry out 1200mm workpiece size. We also have an adjustable angle head and a 4th axis as an axis of rotation. The machines are calibrated on site and some are equipped with measuring rails integrated in the control.
