Processes and manufacturing capabilities The Stero GmbH offers your product from a single source. Machined or without cutting machined metal parts to additional services such as surfaces, assembly and logistics transactions. CNC turning Production lot: 100 - 50,000 Size range: 5 - 65 mm, length 350 mm All of our CNC lathes are equipped with integrated rear-face machining and driven benenen tools. This with up to 11 axes equipped machines have also partly on B + Y axes.Therefore, we are able to completely restore even the most complex turned parts with low tooling costs without further post-processing Curve knitted Euere lathes Production lot: 50 - 1 million units Size range: 1 - 36 mm, length up to 1000 mm Turned parts with mild to moderate difficulty are made on our cam-controlled automatic lathes. Thread milling and Polygon are made in addition to the normal turning. Plain turning Production lot: 100 - 50000 pieces Size range 5-26 mm, length up to 280 mm In the long range of rotation, our machines are also equipped with integrated rear-face machining, driven tools and Y axis. Mill Our CNC machining centers with pallet changer and 4 Axes equipped. Changes to both the rotating parts from our own production as well as the use of components of our customers.
