Company description
STEVILA is one of the leading mechanical engineering companies in Lithuania for contract manufacturing and CNC machining. The company has four production departments: CNC turning, CNC milling, large-scale machining (including welding), and assembly. In addition to producing serial parts in batches of 200 to 20,000 pieces, Stevila also offers assemblies in small and large series. Flexible delivery models are available: standard orders, quantity and fixed-term contracts with a safety stock in stock to ensure very short delivery times. Appr. 60 Western European companies in the laser and optics, energy, automation technology, printing machine, medical technology, and rail vehicle construction sectors value this service. More than 90% of production is exported to Germany, Denmark, Austria, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Many common materials, such as structural steel, automatic machining steel, and stainless steel, as well as aluminum, brass, plastic, and titanium, are in stock in our own warehouse. Large inventory levels ensure a constant and reliable flow of materials and allow for rapid response times for special requests. A large portion of the material is sourced from certified German dealers. Cast and forged parts are also processed. We offer almost all common surface finishing processes, including internal - wet painting and burnishing, and external - galvanizing, anodizing, chromating, hardening, nitriding, and others.
