The company Steadman precision mechanics can look back on more than 20 years of experience in precision engineering. We manufacture high quality precision turned and milled parts according to drawings in all required materials (aluminum, titanium, non-ferrous metals, stainless steels, special alloys and thermoplastics) and offer these products to the treatment. Quality is our strategy, please inform yourself on the following pages of our offer! Performance After the drawings of our customers, we manufacture precision-engineered to the highest precision turning and milling parts and take over - if desired, as a service and aftercare. We have the relevant know-how in the processing of metallic and non-metallic materials.Our product range extends from light metals such as aluminum and titanium on steel and stainless steel to high-strength special materials. Also in the processing of thermoplastics to high-performance plastics, we can access a wealth of experience to fall back! The focus of our lot size is 20-2000 piece for the CNC turning and at 20-1000 piece for CNC milling. Different batches, especially in repeated parts represent no barrier! We also offer the production of prototypes. Appointments are obligation for us, because your satisfaction is our goal!
