Who we are
Years of experience in the development, design and production of technical plastic parts distinguishes the pride & Seng Plastic injection mold GmbH. Our capabilities include the production of micro parts from 0.03 g and a wall thickness up to 0.1 mm, the encapsulation of endless belts as well as the production of filters and sieves. Our products are used mainly in the automotive industry, medical technology, domestic and instrument engineering, general engineering, the Pharmarzie and cosmetics. Another field of activity is - in collaboration with a renowned manufacturer of rubber products - the production of plastic rubber compounds in 2K construction. Under technical parts we understand full injection parts or micro parts with a shot weight from 0.03 g and a wall thickness up to 0.1 mm. These special parts are manufactured at the company pride & Seng with a high degree of quality human and system. In addition to the expertise of our staff and a consistently practiced quality management according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 this modern audit and control systems are used. The materials we use are high-quality thermoplastics such as PET, LCD, SPS, TPE, PSU, PPS, PPE and PEEK.
