Who we are
The Fa. System7 metal technology GmbH is a metal processing company in Austria with 100 employees and focused on the high tech machinery. By laser and cutting technology, we are able to cut sheets of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass for you to punch, abzukanten and welded together to form the finished modules. Further, small parts such as bolts, nuts, pins, etc. are welded or pressed. Mechanical machining (milling, turning) we can offer through our extensive machinery also. Components we can coat our own powder coating system, but are also able to partner companies such as galvanized, galvanized, chrome-plated ... surfaces offer. In our assembly line we complete self-produced, as well as purchased components to complete, functional modules or systems (casings and components) for various industries such.B. commercial vehicle industry, railway industry, mechanical engineering ... Our clients are companies such as Siemens, Rosenbauer, Kässbohrer Transport Technik, Liebherr, APF, etc. Our organization is based on the principle of process orientation and is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. In addition, we meet the welding quality according to EN ISO 3834 and DIN EN 15085 (welding of railway vehicles).
