Who we are
The TDF Steel Kft, a Hungarian-owned medium-sized business, is specialized in steel processing and manufacturing of steel structures and components for construction machinery. Our facility is located about 160 km from Budapest, easily accessible by motorway M5/M44. Our work is founded on a very strong technological basis with many years of manufacturing experience. Due to the continuous and successful marketing activities TDF Steel has established well operating business relations to a number of customers from abroad. As a result we deliver 95% of our products to the European export market. We are proud to cooperate with some of the well-known machine building companies as CNHI/FIAT, Günter Papenburg AG, Henschel Antriebstechnik, Neuson-Forest GmbH to name just a few. Our main goal has been for the last two decades to meet the requirements of our business partners by continuous technological development and improvement of the product quality. Our Quality Management System is certified according to the MSZ EN ISO9001:2015 requirements. Focusing on our outstanding manufacturing knowledge and skills, ongoing improving our quality standards, TDF Steel is a reliable business partner and supplier for the machinery industry. Our product range includes: welded constructions, machine frames, beams, arms, levers, dozer blades, housings of cast manipulators, etc. Our production performs following metal working procedures: · shot/sand blasting · flame/laser cutting of steel plates · bending/rolling of sheets · welding with protective gas both manually and robot controlled · machining as turning, milling, grinding, boring · surface painting applying ground and finish coat Please refer to the additional information about our machine capacities below.
