Who we are
As a long-standing series manufacturer for the automotive industry, we would like to briefly present our company and draw your attention to currently available capacities in our CNC contract manufacturing. TECHNOMATIK GmbH employs around 50 people and has been a reliable development and supplier partner for various industrial sectors for many years. To expand our customer base, we currently offer free capacities in the area of CNC milling on modern 3 and 5-axis machining centers. Among other things, we process tempered steels, insert steels, stainless steels, low and high-alloy steels and cast iron — both for individual parts, prototypes, small series and series production. Our customers particularly appreciate: • short offer times and quick feedback • reliable and predictable delivery dates • a direct technical contact • flexible implementation of changes or rework • additional processing options via our partner network Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) with Calypso measurement software are available for quality assurance — we will of course provide measurement reports if required. We work in accordance with established quality standards in the automotive industry, including IATF 16949, DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. Our local proximity offers short coordination channels and quick response times, especially for companies from the region.
