Who we are
Tecnoingranaggi comes from a long family tradition and over the last twenty years has become one of the leaders in the production of grinded gears and especially cylindrical and helical gears up to 350mm in diameter, max module 12. In its 2500-sq meter facility Tecnoingranaggi can rely on a technologically advanced machine park and a very efficient tooling room. It employes 50 young and motivated people, four in the quality control department. Our production covers bevel gears, sprockets, spur and helical gears, worm gears, pinion gears, multiple spines, shafts with toothing and profiled shafts. With our internal technology or means our subsuppliers we are able to deliver the product complete with: - Turning operations - Gear Cutting - Shaving - Heat treatments - Grinding - Broaching - Additional CNC machining Tecnoingranaggi produces mechanical gearing for many different applications and specializes in the production of small and medium-sized lots even when they are ordered Just In Time. Tecnoingranaggi can offer a wide range of finished products from small gears to trains of cogwheels. We provide makers of tools, presses, gearboxes, flexography machines, agricultural machines and earth-moving machines with some of the parts they need. Tecnoingranaggi works as a subcontractor carrying out some specific operations on behalf of other companies and produce complete products as per drawing.We are always in a postion to meet the customers needs and requests giving them the quality, price and delivery time they need. Tecnoingranaggi technical staff is knowlegable, dynamic and capable of offering not only products but also technical advice and service. Our competitive advantages are delivery speed, flexibility and continous improvement according the Lean Production principles.
