Who we are

Tecnoplast deals with the injection molding of technical and mechanical components with the use of thermoplastic technopolymers, as well as the design and construction of molds. We offer expertise in the use of high-performance thermoplastic polymers thanks to our expertise how of more than 60 years of experience in the molding sector and in the compounding of special materials. We have a strong experience in the “Metal replacement” of aluminum, brass with effective reduction of weight, costs and performance maintenance even on structural parts. We stand out in the molding of mechanical parts with very large thicknesses and parts related to movement and mechanical resistance (transmission parts, motor components, pinions, pulleys, gears...). We have: • Electric presses for high precision molding and high cycle repeatability. • Internal Test and Quality Laboratory (Keyence equipped) • Technical Office • Internal tooling for molds and their maintenance • Research and Development Office • Software for the simulation of molding flows (CAE type Moldflow). • Possibility of manual and automated assembly. • Post-mechanical recovery in the workshop.
