Who we are

Teknomecc Srl is a company that operates in various industrial sectors, specialized in the production of small metal parts turned and milled according to the customer's design. Thanks to highly specialized and qualified personnel in the field of turning and milling of mechanical components, Teknomecc is known and appreciated on the market, and is equipped with an internal technical study to guarantee high quality components. The production is made of different materials: automatic, construction, hardening and case hardening steels, stainless steel Aisi 303, 304, 316, 420, 430F, 630, 904, titanium, aluminum 2011, 6060, 6082, ergal, brass, ecobrass , nickel silver, bronze, delrin. Teknomecc manufactures products obtained from a bar from a minimum of 0.8 mm to a maximum of 32mm. The small metal parts, turned and milled to design, are intended for the following industrial sectors: general mechanics, automation, electronics, fashion accessories, eyewear, dental, medical, telecommunications, hydraulic, naval, furniture and refrigeration. Teknomecc is able to offer its customers components with subsequent surface treatments, such as polishing, galvanic treatments, heat treatments and adjustments thanks to expert suppliers who have been operating in the sector for years. All production is carried out thanks to the use of an extremely flexible latest generation machine park, which guarantees excellent performance in terms of quality and reliability, also through the use of management software such as MES, MRP, SPC, Teknomecc guarantees monitored production processes in real time.
