Our core competencies include the production of premium injection molding tools for connectors and complex small parts. We offer everything from a single source and support our customers throughout the process, from the idea to the finished product — and beyond. Because we also carry out maintenance and modification work quickly and reliably — even on other forms, if necessary. INJECTION MOLDING We ensure that good ideas also become good products. Small and large parts from theory can be produced in a wide variety of shapes, colors and material properties during injection molding. Anything is possible here. With our injection molding experts in Irig (SRB) and our partner network, we also offer solutions for particularly complex or tricky shapes and are therefore able to meet every customer requirement. With our injection molding machines from 25 t to 450 t, we are ready for any task. Alat se otvara Assembling Maual MANUAL ASSEMBLY Our system services for you are completed by offering the complete assembly of all plastic parts manufactured by us as well as any necessary purchased parts. This allows you to make full use of the added value that we provide you with through our cooperation across the entire value chain. From idea to assembly and timely delivery, we are therefore your reliable partner. We not only provide you with injection-molded parts, we also assemble complete components for you from several plastic and supplier parts, then pack and deliver them to you in their entirety. It makes no difference whether you provide us with the necessary functional parts or whether we buy them according to your specifications. In the end, you will have a ready-to-install and functional module at your disposal. CABLE ASSEMBLY We have an in-house department for cable assembly. To ensure a high-quality and reliable product, we use materials from renowned global manufacturers such as ConexCon, Conectronics GmbH, Molex, JST, TE Connectivity, Amphenol and many others; conductors in accordance with VDE and UL standards. We also have a wide range of tools for the manual and mechanical crimping of various wire ends, core and cable cutting machines, as well as devices for checking finished cables. Each finished cable goes through detailed quality control, so we can guarantee that you get the best quality and a long-lasting product. SMD PICK & PLACE In our electronics department, we are able to assemble specific circuit boards for our customers in order to round off the process chain of our range of services. In this case too, we offer a complete service, from development to the tested electronics that customers need for their products.
