About TORNELLE

Who we are

TORNELLE is a CNC contract manufacturer specialised in precision machining, located in the İkitelli OSB industrial zone in Istanbul, Turkey. On 3- and 4-axis machining centres, CNC lathes and an 8-axis Swiss-type (sliding-head) lathe we produce turned and milled parts to customer drawings – from single prototypes and small batches to series production. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, cast iron and engineering plastics (POM, PA). Tolerances: down to ±0.005 mm depending on part geometry; every part is inspected with measuring equipment and a quality report is provided. Industries: automotive, defence, aerospace, energy, medical devices, machinery, food processing, tooling and fixture manufacturing. Quotations based on STEP/DXF/PDF data or sample parts.
