History: The Torneria Nicoletti is a mechanical turnery located in Trissino, near Vicenza that was founded in 1967 and has 4 locations with about 5.000 square meters cover and employs more than 120 people. Capacity: Our company is specialized in the production of turned parts made in Steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium, Brass, and Copper, having a diameter range of diameter 3 to 150 We have got more than 60 turning machines, Multispindle, Singlespindle, CNC machine as double spindles and Sliding head. With these machineries, we are able to execute order from 10 parts to 3.0 Million and we produce more than 40 Million of turned pieces every year. To control our products we have eleven points of control with instruments connected to a computer where we use an SPC control, with this system, we are able to issue certificates of control with the measurement during the process and check the cp, cpk and cmk. Certification Our company has been certified ISO 9002 since 1996 by DNV and update the newest UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. And OHSAS 18001:2007 since 2013 and UNI EN ISO 14001 since begin 2019 Goals to supply products with a defect rate "tending to zero". to produce parts that satisfy specific use requirements with particular care for appearance and functionality.
