Who we are
Our company is a portuguese precision machining company, that produces mechanical parts mainly using production methods like: milling, drilling, grinding and turning with CNC machines.
We work mainly with the following industries: electrical industry, automotive, optical, capital goods etc. We are suppliers, for example, to the following clients: Leica (optical parts), Zollern Company, Browning (parts for sportive guns), Efacec (Big electrical portuguese company), Aluminiumgesserei gmbh (automotive parts), among others...
Our mainly production equipment is:
- 6 CNC lathes (Mori Seiki and Nakamura)
- 4 CNC machining centers with pallet system (Enshu and Mazak)
- 1 cylindrical grinder
- and other conventional machines
We have extensive experience machinig the following materials:
- Carbon, alloyed and stainless steel
- Aluminium (diferent kinds)
- Cooper
- Engineering plastics
