Who we are
We are manufacturer of series-produced welded assemblies. TREA TRADE Ltd is a specialised company providing robotic and repair welding, hardfacing, and the overhaul of industrial plants and machinery components. We operate five robotic welding and hardfacing units, enabling us to achieve high precision, repeatability and consistently high-quality results. We use robotic technology in the manufacture of new parts, serial production and the restoration of components exposed to intensive wear. We perform all types of repair welding and hardfacing, including the restoration of worn, damaged or cracked machinery and equipment components. By applying suitable processes and specialised welding consumables, we can extend the service life of restored parts, improve their resistance to abrasion, impact, high temperatures and other demanding operating conditions, while reducing the need to purchase new components. Our experienced team also carries out overhauls of industrial plants and equipment—from condition assessment and work preparation to welding, hardfacing, restoration and final inspection. We approach each project individually and select the technology best suited to the material, the component’s intended purpose and its operating conditions. Our expertise, experience and modern equipment enable us to undertake demanding projects for various industrial sectors, including shipbuilding, metalworking, quarrying, cement production, energy, construction and other industries where equipment reliability and reduced downtime are essential. Our objective is not merely to repair a damaged component, but to provide a technically sound, long-term solution that improves equipment reliability, extends its service life and reduces our customers’ operating costs.
