Who we are
We are a trading and manufacturing company that is already over 5 years successfully operating in the market. Our main activities are supply precise burnouts and rolled plates of various kinds of conventional mild steel, stainless steel, boiler plates and steel for decoration. BURNTS In the area of flame cutting, we offer complete services. Modern CNC flame cutting machines allow precise manufacture of internal parts of the highest quality to plate thickness 300 mm and imports from EU countries we can even offer parts up to 500 mm thickness. LASER Jobs that place a high value on the accuracy and cut surface quality of the internal edge, can on a laser firing plant with exact dimensions up to max. 2000x6000 mm and a plate thickness up to 25 mm can be processed. OXY AND PLASMA With oxyfuel cutting torches or plasma jets we cut workpieces of a single weight up to 12 tons and a sheet format to 3000x12000 mm. After specific customer requirements we can offer to the internal parts additionally comprises: Quality certificates and declarations of conformity Labeling with marker or engraving edge grinding Beams with steel shot NDT ultrasonic testing Bending of internal parts to 8 m in length Transport with own vehicles or via freight forwarding In some cases, replacement of internal parts for blanks of thick-walled pipes, profiles or forgings.
