Who we are
Dear Sir/Madam,
Tuna Aluminium is a company which produces aluminium extruded profiles in a facility over 46.000 m2 land in Turkey. Finally we included 2006 model 2800MT press to our production capacity.
We present proudly our new press with following various advanced features:
• 2.800MT front loading Presezzi S.r.L’s press.
• Ability to press 8 inch and 9 inch logs.
• Ability to extrude profile up to 300 mm width.
• We will be able to extrude all 1000, 3000, 5000, 6000 series alloys including 6082,, 6005,6101A, 6060, 6063, 6463, 6463A, 6082 and 1050A, 1070 for different sectors and usage.
• Dies with nitrogen cooling system which is for the first time in Turkey.
• 12.000MT/year capacity production.
• 15 meter length aging oven.
• Double puller, flying cut, full automatic. Italian OMAV S.p.a. production conveyor line and marathon gold conveyor belts.
• Computer aided closed circuit stretcher line with camera system.
• Full automatic computer controlled billet cut-to-length line saw.
• With our two powder coating furnace we also offer range of colour for your profiles.
