Who we are
TyBa Plastics is a young, ambitious and rapidly growing Dutch injection-moulding company. We started in 2023 with one machine and a clear ambition: to offer customers technical expertise, fast response times, short communication lines and maximum flexibility. Following the acquisition of Damen Plastics by TyBa Plastics, we now operate a modern production facility with 15 injection-moulding machines and a team of eight skilled and highly motivated employees. Together, TyBa Plastics and Damen Plastics combine young entrepreneurial drive with many years of practical injection-moulding experience. Our lean organisation and low overhead allow us to offer competitive and affordable production without compromising on quality or service. When required, our production runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, enabling us to respond quickly to urgent orders, changing requirements and both small and large production volumes. Technical knowledge is present throughout our entire organisation. Our employees understand the complete injection-moulding process, independently change moulds, set up machines and operate production. This practical, hands-on approach enables us to identify issues quickly, optimise processes and deliver reliable results. We specialise in injection moulding, trial moulding, mould transfers, product optimisation, assembly, finishing and packaging. Customers choose us for our speed, expertise, flexibility, competitive pricing and personal approach. At TyBa Plastics and Damen Plastics, customers communicate directly with the people who understand and manufacture their products.
