The company V. Domme CNC precision parts has specialized in the area of CNC milling, drilling, sawing and grinding radius. Equipped with modern machinery we are well equipped for drilling and milling. These include: milling machine, surface grinding machine, profile grinding, Trovalisieranlage, CNC saws, drill presses, etc. The range of machining process is on special request by method of surface coating, such as bronzing, galvanizing, chrome plating, passivating, heat treatment processes such as case hardening, vacuum hardening, gas nitriding , salt bath or glow adds. The following materials can be processed, for example, on our machine: Structural steels: S235JR, S235JRG1, S235JR2, S235JO, S235J2G3, S235JG4, E295, E335, E360 Quenched and tempered steels: C22, C22E, C35, C35E, C60, 28Mn6, 38Cr2, 37Cr4, 36NiCrMo16 Case hardening steels: C10, C15, 16MnCr5 20MnCr5, 17CrNiMo6 Nitriding: 31CrMo12, 31CrMoV9, 34CrAINi7 Tool Steels: C60W, C70W2, C80W1, C85W, C105W1 Stainless steels: X2CrINi12, X20Cr13, X50CrMoV15 Plastics: PA, PE, PVC, POM Aluminium: AL99, AlMg1, AIMg3, AlCuMgPb, AlMgSi1 Copper: CuZn36Pb3, CuZn40Pb2, CuSn6, CuAI8 The lot size varies depending on the customer: from preparation of each sample parts via serial production to contract manufacturing.
