Who we are
Parree Metaalwaren en Plastic Industrie B.V. is a subsidiary of the Dutch VDL groep, a group of 75 internationally operating companies with some 6,000 employees and a turnover of EUR 1.400 million in 2006. Parree B.V. produces mainly technical parts and (sub-) assemblies for companies operating in various industries. As a supplier, we have been developing and producing plastic injection moulded parts, metal stamping-, press- en forged parts and small assemblies for more than 50 years. The technological possibilities of a modern tooling plant make Parree an interesting partner for a broad range of applications. Moulds and dies are produced, modified and maintained in our in-house tool shop. Many moulds are bought directly in the Far East. Generally, we mould small plastic parts in almost any engineering thermoplastic using injection-moulding machines of 25 to 1.300 metric tons. Insert- and outsert moulding of (own) metal parts is one of our specialities, in addition to gas injection moulding. We produce metal parts both out of coil and strip from (pre-zinc coated) steel, aluminium and copper, etc. Parts are produced by both high-speed presses for smaller parts and excenter-presses for bigger parts on machines varying from 12 metric tons up to 300 metric tons. Within the engineering department designs are judged from an early design phase. In intensive co-operation with the client, all phases will be coached, resulting in an optimal synergy between client, toolmaker and manufacturer. Quality plays a major role at Parree. Quality control is adopted through the entire organisation to ensure effective costs control. Parree is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified
