Who we are

VectMill is a team of specialists with more than 10 years of practical experience in metalworking, production outsourcing, implementation of manufacturing solutions, and technical support for industrial projects. Over the years, we have participated in manufacturing projects for companies across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, working on projects of various complexity — from single custom parts to comprehensive support for serial production and production process implementation. Our experience was built not in theory, but directly in real manufacturing environments — through work with mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, energy sector companies, maintenance contractors, and non-standard technical challenges. We have manufactured components for various industries, participated in international industrial projects, and adapted production processes to meet the requirements of different markets, standards, and technical specifications. Over the years, we have built a strong network of manufacturing partners, technological solutions, and practical production approaches that allow us to efficiently execute both single orders and large-scale serial projects. Our expertise includes CNC turning and milling, vacuum casting, thermo-chemical treatment, production outsourcing, production line implementation, CNC programming, and integration of IT solutions into manufacturing processes. Today, VectMill is officially expanding its operations in Poland to provide customers from Poland and other European countries with access to a team that already has extensive international practical experience. We decided to bring our proven manufacturing solutions and technical expertise closer to the European market, ensuring fast communication, direct contact, and efficient cooperation without unnecessary bureaucracy. We combine a modern manufacturing approach, technical expertise, and maximum attention to detail. For us, not only the quality of the final product matters, but also the efficiency of the entire production process. That is why we control every stage of order execution — from drawing analysis and technology selection to final quality inspection and logistics of finished products. One of the key advantages of VectMill is flexibility in working with customers. We help optimize part designs for manufacturing, reduce production costs without compromising quality, shorten lead times, and find technical solutions even for complex or non-standard tasks.
