Who we are
Foundation 1967 in Barcelona. Verlan has been supplying thermoplastic parts all over the world for 50 years. We have two production plants, in Barcelona and Borges Blanques, with a production area around 15,000 square meters. Our fully automated production process and optimized structure allow us to offer a highly competitive price and a flexible and responsive service. Due to our fully automated system with a centralized feeding of raw materials and robots in each injection moulding machine, we are specialized in technical parts for medium and high volume. We have a dust-free space, technologically advanced hydraulic and electric injection moulding machines (with a clamping force up to 450 tonnes), that are and among the leading brands in the sector. We also have machines for overmoulding and two-component injection moulding machines. We work for the automotive sector, household appliances, electrical, electronics, transmission, and other precision products sectors for various industries.
