Veslatec is an ISO 9001:2008-certified company whose core competence is the laser of titanium, tantalium, stainless steel, ceramics and also thin metals. Veslatec offers 3/2 D laser cutting, laser drilling, laser marking, 3/2 D laser welding, 3/2 D laser micro machining, machining, bending, different coating and product assembly By utilizing the latest and most advanced laser micro machining technology (fiber laser) and traditional production services, Veslatec offers laser application developments and a wide range of contracting services. Our services are mainly found in applications within the industrial, medical, MEMS and aerospace branches. Related products are medical devices, dental implants, drug-delivery systems, micro fluidic devices, and other products characterized by extremely small features. Laser micro cutting and welding of medical devices The high-precision (accuracy better than 15 μm) and new laser technology that the company uses includes almost burr-free cutting and smooth welding. Our new 3 D laser makes it possible to manufacture difficult and sensitive applications faster and with even better quality. Besides laser subcontracting, we also offer related product development and assembly services. For a cost-effective approach for high-volume production, we aim to achieve highly optimized and dedicated processes. Laser cutting offers high accessibility through flexible software and, with the use of modern software, the cutting process can be specialized and tailored to the customer’s requirements.
