Who we are
Special mold bases for plastic injection, die-casting and punchingWe carry holders for shearing sheet metal die castings.We perform hot chamber spacers and locations for Hot Halves work various types of steels C45, 2311 and special steels such Ramax2 (Inox) in particular used for molds dedicated to the production of articles for the food industry.We provide mold bases ready for assembly, finished in every detail. From 2005 to 2009 we were associated with UCISAP, Association Italian mold makers and precision equipment. Upon request we issue the certificate of inspection measuring parts with 3D system for quality documentation.Vi.Meccanica snc manufactures special mold holder with materials and designs provided by the customer. Our technical program office machining cycles using 3D modelers (ProEngineer- WildFire) and cam (WorkNc- Cut).The finish of the mold holder is made on machining centers, equipped with thermal probes and laser tool setting for tools, so as to ensure accuracy and compliance with the tolerances imposed by the project.We realize mold holders for the containers of the sector (food and non) packaging, where the thickness of the molded parts is of a few tenths.We also do mold bases for engineering goods, automotive industry (glazing) with numerous inclined trolleys, multicavity and sandwich boxes and various types of containers
