Who we are
The company Vitz-metal casting is a family-run aluminum foundry in Velbert and is now in its third generation. We have 20 employees and are committed with ♥ blood-casting. We are certified in 9001 for many years according to DIN EN ISO and are constantly working on securing our high quality standards. By size of our company we use the opportunities to respond to the needs of our customers flexible. We manufacture castings in a box size of up to 1200 x 1000 mm. For custom-made (eg for prototypes), in small batches and medium-sized series we are your fast, flexible and reliable partner. If you want to use a 3D printer for their prototypes and know how the serial part will look like in aluminum, we are able to produce with the help of the 3D model an aluminum casting. Through many years and competent cooperation partners, we also possible to deliver to the finished part.These include: • Model Facilities • Heat treatment • mechanical processing • Trowalisierung • Coating / Anodizing In addition, we can offer you the production of complete subassemblies. Up to what degree of processing, we can supply you, you can choose yourself. • Supply of raw cast parts • supply of machined castings parts • Delivery of edited and assembled cast parts • Delivery of complete assemblies including assembly and testing Our standard alloys are: G - Al Si 10 Mg G - Al Si 12 G - Al Si 9 Cu 3 G - Al Mg 3 , and metallurgical alloys: G - Al Si 7 Mg G - Al Si 9 Mg Of course we also manufacture in consultation with other alloys.
