Who we are
Metalworking from Slovakia - focused on punching, perforating, bending, shearing, forming, and pressing various profiles, parts, and materials. Production equipment: 1.Eccentric press LEN 40P 2.Eccentric press LENA 25C with brake resistor and frequency converter 3.Eccentric press Schuler A.G 20 4.Eccentric mechanical presses 5.Coil decoiler 6.Machines for the production of hydraulic, fuel, and air hoses (press with interchangeable jaws, cutting machine, trimming machine) 7.Conveyor-equipped machine for wrapping products in stretch or other films 8.Machine for producing labels and tags for products, with the option of custom graphics 9.Hyster electric forklift for material handling 10.Stock of commonly used hose fittings, end pieces, and hoses with diameters from 6 mm to 25 mm 11. A wide range of hand tools suitable for bending, edging, and forming operations. We have been operating since 2018 in the engineering complex of Považská Bystrica in SLOVAKIA. We are primarily engaged in serial subcontract production, but we can also provide single-piece (custom) manufacturing — everything depends on agreement. The most commonly used materials: aluminum, brass, copper, non-alloy steel, and various types of sheet metal. The most common material formats: include sheets, strips, coils, cut-outs, and profiles. We work in close cooperation with a company that can quickly manufacture any custom tool/dice/form according to your specifications for pressing. We have many satisfied customers in the Slovak and Czech Republic for whom we produce various parts. Since we are a smaller company, our overhead costs are not that high and therefore we are able to produce at affordable prices. The quality of the products is of course professionally approved.
