Who we are
VOVU Metalworking bv in Uden is an innovative and progressive company and has a modern and advanced machine park. Since 1987, VOVU has been producing customer-specified products through CNC machining of metals (ferrous and non-ferrous) and plastics. VOVU produces parts for the shock absorber industry, crane construction, motor and automotive industry and machine construction, among others. The VOVU machine park consists of modern, versatile and multi-axis CNC machine tools. Automation has been advanced through the use of robot loading, automatic bar feeders, pallet change systems and driven tools. The software interfaces with CAD / CAM systems, presetting equipment and a 3D measuring machine ensure flexible and accurate production. VOVU uses modern 3,4 and 5-axis horizontal and vertical processing machines. Flexibility and automation are of paramount importance in CNC milling. This is partly made possible by automatic loading systems. This way of producing entails many advantages such as a quick change of production order and continuous production (24/7). This makes the machinery extremely well equipped for medium to large series of both simple and complex products. VOVU uses advanced CAD-CAM and process management software, so that all production-related data and documentation can be easily retrieved and stored carefully. Reproducibility is therefore one of our strengths. VOVU is also specialized in taking over the assembly operations of a (partial) product. If the products produced by us come in a composition, we are happy to make an offer for the assembly of these products. It saves a lot of work for you as a customer and shortens your internal turnaround time. In consultation it is even possible to have your stock managed by VOVU after production. For example, when the annual requirement is clear, it can be produced in one series and then partly delivered on demand. Customers choose VOVU: - Lower production costs due to larger series production; - Fast delivery possible; - Constant quality: - Limited price fluctuations of materials. We also offer the option of after processing processed products. This includes: - Anodizing (decorative / hard / dimensionally stable); - Electroplating / passivation; - chemical blackening; - Hardening; - Nickel plating; - Copper plating; - Grinding / honing; - an others; The VOVU quality management system is certified according to international standard ISO 9001: 2015! This certification and corporate culture ensure that the organization, processes and systems continue to improve, leading to better performance and higher customer satisfaction. The quality of products and production processes is controlled and controlled from a state-of-the-art and acclimatized measuring room with precise measuring machines. Production and control is supported by all necessary modern equipment and is equipped with various high-tech control systems, control robots and data processing systems.
