This multidisciplinary expertise allows us to support customers throughout the entire development process: Idea → Concept → Engineering → Simulation → Prototype → Testing → Optimization → Industrial Implementation Custom machinery and special-purpose equipment We develop, design and manufacture custom machines, special-purpose machinery, production equipment, automated workstations, assembly systems and testing equipment according to individual customer requirements. Research, development and engineering Applied R&D is at the core of VUTS. We solve technically demanding engineering challenges and develop new machines, mechanisms, technologies and production processes. Our engineering services include concept development, mechanical design, kinematic and dynamic analyses, numerical simulations, optimization of machine parts and assemblies, vibration and noise analysis, measurement of static and dynamic physical parameters, testing and validation. An important advantage for our customers is our ability to transform engineering concepts into physical solutions. Our own prototype manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce functional models, prototypes, machine components and assemblies, test them and optimize the design before final industrial implementation. Industrial automation and robotics We develop customized automation and robotic solutions for manufacturing companies. Our expertise covers mechanical design, electrical engineering, control systems, robotics, sensors and integration into existing production environments. We deliver automated and robotic workstations, production and assembly equipment, handling systems and other tailor-made solutions designed to increase productivity, repeatability, quality and production efficiency. Laser technologies Our Laser Application Centre specializes in the development and industrial application of laser technologies. Our expertise includes laser hardening, laser cladding, laser welding, laser cutting, laser marking and engraving, as well as the development of customized laser processes and laser machining stations. We combine laser technology with mechanical engineering, robotics, automation, measurement and process development. This enables us to support customers from initial process development and testing to the design and implementation of complete industrial laser solutions. Measurement, testing and simulation VUTS provides advanced measurement, testing and numerical simulation services for machines, mechanisms, components and materials. By combining virtual engineering with experimental measurements, we help customers optimize machine dynamics, mechanical loads, vibrations, noise, reliability and overall performance. Machine tools and precision mechanisms We have extensive experience in technologies and components for machine tools, including automatic tool-changing systems, indexing mechanisms, indexing gearboxes and precision cam mechanisms. Our expertise covers calculation, design, kinematic and dynamic analysis, manufacturing and final measurement of mechanical components. Textile machinery VUTS has its historical roots in textile machinery research and development and remains an internationally experienced specialist in this field. We specialize particularly in the development and manufacture of jet weaving machines and technologies for industrial and technical fabrics. Decades of textile machinery development have also contributed significantly to our expertise in machine dynamics, precision mechanisms, mechatronics and automation.
