Who we are
We are a specialized in wire and sinker EDM operation and you want with precision, quality, quick delivery, fair prices and the support to reach your goals. Our range of services include: • extremely precise wire and sinker EDM work (we are also, for example, preferred Supplier in medical technology, tooling, mold, precision engineering and special purpose machinery). • Preparation of complete parts (milling, turning, hardening, grinding, wire and sinker EDM with wire diameter of 0.030 mm to 0.25 mm, surface roughness up to Ra 0.08 μ) • Start drilling in soft and cured materials as well as in hard metal with diameter from 0.15 mm to 2.5 mm by electrical discharge high-speed drills. Our modern machinery with twelve wire and sinker EDM machines from Agie (Agiecut Vertex, Agie Excellence e-cut, Agie Challenge e-cut, etc.) and Exeron, as well as our 25 years of experience in this field allow us to short term contracts schedule and execute with the same high precision.
