Wagenbauer CNC - GmbH Precision & technology Milled parts can be processed with up to 5 axes The Heidenhain iTNC 530 and TNC426 controls enable convenient programming on the machines. For complex components, we have a modern CAM system at our side. MILLING straight and helical gears up to module 2 are milled on 2 conventional microns. SAWING Working up to 220 mm in diameter is possible with a fully automatic band saw TOOTH SERVICES ROTATE Turned parts from 2 mm diameter can be processed The largest possible rod passage is 65 mm, the maximum turning length 550 mm The maximum turning diameter for inserts is 300 mm. Programming with Siemens Shopturn enables fast program creation even for individual parts. +++ new !! 3D measuring machine Carl Zeiss +++ digital height measuring device, roughness depth measuring device and all usual measuring devices are used It goes without saying that we create factory test certificates and initial sample test reports.
