The Wagner machinery and apparatus GmbH sees itself as a production supply and service industry around the general engineering. Our customers include companies of big business just as small and medium-sized enterprises, academic institutions, research institutions and public authorities. Our range includes the design, manufacture and installation of special machines, devices, assemblies and individual parts. We develop our own designs or manufacture according to drawings, sketches and patterns of our customers. A minimal administration guarantees the shortest response times and flexible action. Since 1997, our company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and also has important sweat-proof thus we guarantee a consistently high quality and reliability. Mechanical Production In addition to manufacturing our own products, we also see ourselves as a supplier and contract manufacturer for industrial SMEs and large industry. Our machinery allows an effective part production of single pieces and small series to 500 pieces. We offer the complete processing of raw material exactly like further processing or finishing of prefabricated and customer supplied products. Our equipment is detailed in wagon construction companies during clamping for tacking and welding assemblies for passenger cars, trams and freight cars. We supply devices like rotary drilling and Abdrückvorrichtungen for turbine construction firms in foundries for clamping of raw parts on machining centers. Our program consists of small devices in the machine table size to large devices in the dimensions 3000 x 3000 mm and weighing up to 3 tons. In addition, we also manufacture welding paths and platforms.
