Manufacturing Our modern machine park opens up versatile manufacturing possibilities, rounded off by advanced measuring and testing techniques. We are happy to answer detailed questions regarding this in a personal conversation. What is a problem for others is our daily bread. Articles with complicated geometries or unusual sizes are particularly close to our hearts. With our machine park, we can manufacture simultaneously on up to 20 axes, perform multi-sided machining, and use up to 24 tools in a single clamping. For chuck-turned parts, a diameter range up to 650 mm is possible, for bar-turned parts up to 100 mm, including milling, axial, and radial drilling. We work with lengths up to 1400 mm. Quantities Weber Precision Technology specializes in medium to large series production. If you plan with quantities starting from 100 pieces, then we are the right partner for you. However, single-part manufacturing is also possible upon request. Through flexible and short-term production, we are able to respond quickly and reliably to customer requirements. Complete Production We are also the right partner for you for extraordinary articles. From CNC programming and manufacturing, through post-processing and surface treatment, to the assembly and kitting of assemblies or sales kits, we realize your wishes. For surface treatment, we sometimes rely on external manufacturers we know. Materials Our specialty is the machining of highly alloyed stainless steel. But of course, we also process other materials for you, such as: Stainless steel C-steel Materials suitable for enameling Non-ferrous metals Plastics Applications Our high-precision turned parts are used in a wide variety of industries and sectors. With over 60 years of experience, we supply customers worldwide and offer a broad range of high-quality components and assemblies tailored to your specific requirements. Through our structured and meticulous working methods, batch traceability back to the raw material is ensured. An appropriate agreement regarding the proper re-stamping of materials and products for equipment subject to supervision under the Product Safety Act (ProdSG), which also covers the Pressure Equipment Directive according to the AD2000 standards, is in place and is regularly renewed.
