Who we are

WEDO Automotive GmbH is a daughter company of Lutz Precision, s.r.o. Lutz Precision is a global leader among suppliers in the field of resistance welding. The company´s core business is manufacturing of machines and tools for tipdressing and changing copper electrode caps of welding guns. Lutz Precision is headquartered in Central Europe - Bratislava, Slovakia. The company has a global reach through subsidiaries, distributors and partners in Europe, Asia, North and South America. The product portfolio includes tipdressers, cap changers, electrode management centers and accessories such as cutter tools, blades and magazines. The engineering department provides complex solutions designed to meet all customer requirements. Internal robotic testing centre KUKA is used to simulate the welding process, helping to develop innovative and competitive products. Lutz Precision´s customers are mainly automotive manufacturers, line builders and OEMs. However, the machinery portfolio enables the company to meet subcontracting demands for other industries as well.
