Wefapress Beck + Co. GmbH, headquartered in Vreden, Germany, manufactures ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW) and high-molecular-weight polyethylene (PE-HMW) and processes these and other engineering plastics (POM, PA, PEEK, PTFE, PET and more) into finished parts and semi-finished products. The offerings range from sheets, chain guides and steel C-profiles all the way to individual plastic parts produced from drawings. The owner-managed company was founded in 1895 and today employs some 100 people. Wefapress serves various sectors, such as materials handling technology, the filling and packaging industry, the paper industry, the food industry, and machine construction. With a production area of 20,000 m², continuously modernized pressing systems, perfectly equipped machinery, and, last but not least, high qualified personnel, Wefapress ranks as a key player in the plastics market.
