Precision in stainless steel – welding technology and CNC machining from a single source. Weiss Apparatebau GmbH is your certified specialist for demanding apparatus, vessel, and piping construction. With over 25 years of experience, we manufacture customized stainless steel solutions, complex pressure vessels, and sterile system components for the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. Our focus lies on the flexible and rapid implementation of individual components, prototypes, and small batch sizes. Thanks to our fully equipped, in-house machine park, we seamlessly combine certified stainless steel welding technology and high-precision CNC machining (milling and turning) under one roof. This means for you: Maximum independence from pre-suppliers, short lead times, and guaranteed quality without interface losses. Overview of our manufacturing competence: Pressure vessel & apparatus construction (single pieces & special designs) Design and manufacture of individual stainless steel vessels, apparatuses, and Hastelloy vessels for extreme process conditions. Fully certified and documented according to AD 2000 HP0 and DIN EN ISO 3834-2, including CE pressure acceptance (Module A2). Integrated CNC machining (milling & turning): Precise mechanical final machining of your components on our own CNC milling machines and lathes. We realize complex geometries directly following the welding process. Components for sterile & cleanroom technology: Customized special parts, vessel components (such as flanges, dome heads), and piping systems according to the highest hygiene and purity standards. In-house cutting: Fast project starts thanks to our own plasma cutting system for material thicknesses up to 50 mm, as well as highly efficient UP welding technology.
