Based on 60 years of experience, we are pursuing the goal of stable, qualified and creative staff to perfect the "art" of the machine tool industry for the benefit of our clients and to further expand. Contract Manufacturing In our contract manufacturing area, we specialize in sophisticated manufacturing orders in small batches and prototype area. This is what a modern and proven machinery, as well as well-trained and motivated employees. High quality and short lead times are a matter of course for us. Power spectrum Large part machining to 12,500 kg 5Axis modern CNC machining centers (machine beds, trusses, slide units, housing, ...) Guideway loops for workpieces up to 1600mm x 4000mm cylindrical and rotationally symmetric turned parts up to 2000mm length and Ø1500mm on CNC universal lathes and turn-mill center (shafts, axles, pressure rollers, pistons, guide cylinders, rings... ) Clamping and fixture elements and further prismatic parts (recordings, Clamps, driver, ...) Internal cylindrical grinding up parts Ø 650mm and outer diameter to parts-Ø355mm Inspection of parts in air-conditioned test room on the latest CNC coordinate measuring machine Zeiss Complete processing including curing and testing
