Who we are
The tool Plettenberg, formerly Albert Biecker steel molds for more than 80 years, manufactures dies and tools for foreign and domestic forging industry. On an area of 12,000 m2 with nearly 70 employees dies for the small and medium range manufactured, which are made from special workpiece materials such as high quality coated hot work tool steels, füllgeschweißte dies and special steels for Titanschmiedungen. Tool holder and Großgesenke for the forging industry complement the extensive production program. The performance program is rounded off by an efficient contract manufacturing in the areas of milling, turning, engraving, grinding and quality control. Here the focus is on components of the medium to large weights. The available machines up to 25 tons (single piece weight) and, of course, edit.
