In terms of injection-molded parts, we operate development work according to your specifications or ideas and have many years of know-how in the development and realization of your ideas. The design of injection molds made at three CAD workstations. After creating the article first drawing patterns can be generated as an STL parts or after vacuum casting. We created production tools have usually about 2-16 wells, where preventive maintenance is, of course, and we guarantee a long service life. Final adjustments of production tools can be carried out and evaluated by a timely assessment in our injection molding. Our production is subject to constant control process that is adapted to new circumstances immediately. In the foreground are a consistent product quality and full compliance with all agreements and appointments, as well as evaluating the ecological demands. Since we have a well-equipped tool shop, we also carry out contract work like in EDM machines, CNC milling, CNC turning, round and flat grinding.
