Who we are
Wilhelm Manz GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Schalksmühle in 1876. Since then, we have been supplying companies from various industrial sectors all over the world with our innovative products. We develop your product flexibly from the initial idea to production. We are specialists for technically sophisticated punched and drawn parts, especially in the thick sheet sector. Sectors/Spectrum Industries: automotive, commercial vehicles, rail technology, agriculture, bicycle, sanitation Range of parts: parts for turbochargers, truck brake systems, high-speed trains Products & services With more than 30 presses and cutting machines of the latest design, including transfer and servo presses, in a range of capacities from 300 kN to 8000 kN, we produce small, medium and large series individually for you. With our rotary and robotic welding systems, we weld your components individually. Our discus grinding machine enables flatness of up to 0.02 millimeters, precision work for your product. We can process the following coil material dimensions: Strip material with thicknesses of 0.1 mm — max. 10.0 mm and widths 500 mm.
