The Wilh company has been manufacturing since 1939. With 40 employees today, Wernecke successfully fasteners as well as turned and milled parts (according to DIN, sample or drawing) for important companies in the automotive and agricultural machinery manufacturing as well as in the mechanical, motor and electrical industries in Germany and abroad. Wilh. Wernecke does not see itself as a mere supplier, but wants to be a reliable, flexible and imaginative partner with a high level of know-how for its customers. Modern factory equipment, continuous improvement of operating processes, close cooperation with our customers, a certified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and CAQ-guided quality control make us a strong partner in international competition. Small and large series, individual parts or assembly parts are part of our range. Wernecke is one of the largest manufacturers of fork heads, fork joints, turned and milled parts and supplies well-known customers worldwide in the automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, hydraulics, medical technology, brake technology and agricultural engineering sectors, as well as the wholesale of fastening technology. All customers appreciate the perfect process in planning, manufacturing, quality and shipping our products. Our modern machinery includes the latest CNC lathes with powered tools and finishing machines for all machinable manufacturing processes. We produce small, medium and large series. The range of services is as follows: Outer diameter: 8 - 65 mm from the rod 65 - 120 mm as insert Outside square: vkt. 8 - vkt. 55 Turning length: up to 200 mm Production batches: up to 1,000,000 pieces We process free cutting steels, input and tempered steels, ETG steels, and stainless steels. A CAQ system implemented according to the latest standards and the met requirements of ISO 9001 guarantee flawlessly produced products. QM tools such as VDA/ QS 9000 sampling, FMEA and 8D report, zero-error strategy, requirements and customer requests for packaging, shipping and logistics, as well as KANBAN deliveries are no problem for us.
