Who we are
WMS — WMsolution GmbH | Fixture construction, engineering & industrial manufacturing WMsolution GmbH, based in Steyr, Austria, is a technical partner for customer-specific device construction, engineering and the production of sophisticated individual parts, prototypes and small series. Our focus is on the development, construction and implementation of individual solutions for industrial manufacturing, assembly, measurement and testing processes. In doing so, we support projects from technical tasks to design and production to assembly and coordination. Fixture construction & clamping technology Among other things, we develop and manufacture: * hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical clamping devices * Machining devices for CNC machining centers * Measuring and testing devices * Sealing testers and sealing testing solutions * Assembly devices and assembly aids * welding equipment * custom special devices When designing, we take into account the workpiece, processing sequence, machine room, tool accessibility, clamping concept, process reliability and the requirements of the respective production. Experience includes fixture solutions for machining centers and production systems from GROB, SW, Heckert, Makino, Chiron and other machine manufacturers. Engineering & manufacturing optimization In addition to designing devices, we also assist with: * production-oriented design * Tool and clamping device design * NC programming * Processing and process optimization * Cycle time optimization * technical modifications and special solutions Our aim is a technically clean and economically feasible solution — tailored to the actual manufacturing process. CNC manufacturing WMS manufactures sophisticated parts and components for industry and mechanical engineering, including: * Individual parts * Fixture components * Prototypes and sample parts * Small batches * Spare and wear parts * Components based on drawings, CAD data or samples In particular, CNC milling and 5-axis machining processes are used. Depending on the task, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and technical plastics are processed. Spare parts production, repair & repair In addition, we support industrial companies in repairing and restoring mechanical machine and plant components. Depending on the task, this includes: * Spare parts production according to drawings or samples * mechanical rework and adjustment * Repair welds * Reprocessing of damaged or worn components * Repair and repair of hydraulic cylinders * Components of production plants and sawmills * Construction machine components such as shovels, holders and steel components By combining engineering, mechanical manufacturing and repair expertise, existing components can not only be replaced, but also technically adapted or improved as required.
