DescriptionVerschlußclips mit angespritzter TPV - Dichtung. Neben einer hohen Festigkeit des Grundkörpers ist die 100 - prozentige Abdichtung auf dem letzten mm am äußeren Rand wichtig. Der Durchmesser des Clips beträgt nur 20 mm bei einer Dichtungsdicke von z.T. nur 0,5 mm. Durch die Herstellung im Einlegeverfahren können auch kleinere Losgrößen wirtschaftlich produziert werden.

DescriptionDer Halter dient der Befestigung eines beweglichen Tragarms einer Bustür. Das ursprüngliche Teil bestand aus Grauguss und musste wegen den notwendigen Bohrungen und Gewinde mechanisch bearbeitet werden. Die neue, mechanisch hoch beanspruchbare Varante besteht aus PA6 GF50 mit Edelstal-Einlegeteilen und wird in unter 1 Minute gefertigt.
