Who we are
Since 1952 WSK "PZL- Kalisz" S.A. has been representing Polish aircraft industry and manufacturing aircraft piston ASz-62IR and AI- 14R engines. They are designed to power the following airplanes: An-2 and M-18 “Dromader" (ASz-62IR) and respectively PZL-101 “Gawron” and PZL-104 “Wilga” (AI-14R). These engine types have been worldwide recognized for their quality and awarded numerous quality certificates issued in the USA, Canada, Brazil, People’s Republic of China. They have been produced in thousands and have proved failure free thus clearly evidencing their highest reliability and performance quality. WSK “PZL-Kalisz” S.A. also overhauls and performs repairs of ASz-62IR and AI-14R engines. In addition, the Company manufactures and repairs assemblies and parts of TWD-10B engine for An-28 aircraft. WSK “PZL-Kalisz” is a joint-stock company (own capital is 85 mln PLN and paid-up capital is 45,86 mln PLN) operating on the basis of the Commercial Company Code. Principal shareholders of the Company are as follows: - Industrial Development Agency 75,45% - Company employees 11,59% - SEMA Sp z o.o. 6,25% - the City of Kalisz 1.35% - Energy Plant "Energa S.A." 1,20% - Other shareholders 4,16% WSK “PZL-Kalisz” is a capital group composed of the mother company and its 2 fully-controlled subsidiaries: - ZOT “NARZĘDZIOWNIA WSK” Ltd. - PPUH „MECHANIK” Ltd. WSK „PZL-Kalisz” S.A. is the company of the essential importance for the Polish economy and is considered as part of the Polish Defence Industry Potential. As a result of the Company's restructuring process WSK "PZL- Kalisz" S.A. has extended its business into wide range of manufacturing programs and servicing activities including production of high pressure engine parts, oil pumps, gears, aircraft screw gears, turbochargers, push rods, pump housings and first of all crankshafts for high pressure engines. All these components require high precision machining in performing special requirements of its customers. WSK "PZL-Kalisz" S.A. maintains business relationship with well-renowed companies such as: General Electric Transportation Systems, Allison Transmission, Turbomeca, Sulzer Textil Switzerland, Pratt & Whitney Kalisz, and many others. Part of the Company production is designated for military aviation. The Company aim and priority is focused on meeting the Customer’s requirements that can be with WSK "PZL-Kalisz" capacities. WSK “PZL-Kalisz” S.A. acquired modern machinery operated by highly qualified and experienced technical staff. The Company continuously seeks new Customers and Suppliers especially in the manufacturing of precise and aviation components requiring high precision processing. Interested partners are always welcome. In 1999 the Company was awarded ISO 9001-2000 Certificate. In 2000 the Company was granted PART-145 Certificate. The following year – 2001, the Company attained PART-21G Certificate. In 2002 the Company was awarded AQAP-2110 Certificate. In 2004 WSK “PZL-Kalisz” S.A. was granted a license by The Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration for manufacturing and trading products and equipment for military and police force application as well as transfer of technologies. In 2009 the Company was awarded AS 9100 Certificate.

The gears are machined very precisely
